As a subset of our Programme / Project Management practice, System Strategies can handle the day to day monitoring of progress, issue identification, fiscal performance, and status reporting associated with any third-party initiatives. We act as your representative to the service provider, involving your management team only when certain predetermined tolerances have been exceeded.  Periodic status summaries are provided for review at your leisure, while the daily tasks of insuring success falls within our purview.
